At Jain Perfumers, we strive to ensure your fragrance experience is exceptional, offering a 7-day return policy for unused and sealed products. Due to the personal nature of beauty products, items must be in their original packaging to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Contact our customer care team via email within 7 days of delivery, providing your order number and clear photos of the unopened product.

  Quality Inspection

  Once your request is approved, securely pack the item; our warehouse team will inspect the seal to ensure the fragrance remains untampered.

  Reverse Pickup

  We will arrange a courier partner to collect the package from your doorstep, or provide instructions for self-shipping if a pickup is unavailable in your area.

  Refund Processing

  After a successful quality check, your refund will be processed to the original payment method or issued as store credit within 5-7 business days.
